Who I am

I'm an empathetic, non-judgmental therapist who believes in building genuine connections with my clients. With over 4 years of experience, I work with youth, young adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, emotional regulation, life transitions, and parenting challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to manage your child's big emotions and behaviours, I offer a compassionate space to explore what you're going through without judgment.

My approach is dynamic and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I'm committed to going beyond the "therapy speak" to find strategies that really work for you and your family. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients, helping them uncover their strengths, better understand their emotions, and build the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I am currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Heather McLean, PhD, C.Psych. I am currently licensed to see clients across Ontario.
